District printing allows you to print a document and pick it up at any district printer throughout the district, with a scan of your employee ID card. It also allows you to scan documents to your google drive or email. When you use the printer for the first time, you'll need to associated your employee ID card with your network login. Follow the steps below to associate your ID card with your network login.
- Hold your School Employee ID care up to the NFC scanner on the front of the printer. Look for this Symbol. Or Select ID Number and enter your employee number.
2. Enter your computer username and password. Username Example: john.doe or doej NOT john.doe@owassops.org
3. You're all set. Now when you print, you can scan your badge and released your print jobs or scan documents.
