One step you can take to help with websites issues is to make sure your browser is up to date. You can do this by clicking on the three dots on the top right side, click on Settings and then about Chrome.
From there, Chrome may automatically check to make sure it's on the latest version, or you can manually check. If it does update, you will be prompted to relaunch Google Chrome.
