You may have created some email filters in your settings.

To reset or remove all email filters in Gmail, you must delete them manually from the chrome browser.

How to Delete All Gmail Filters

1. Open Gmail in a web browser on your computer or chromebook.
2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
3. Click See all settings.
4. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
5. Check the box next to each filter you want to remove (or select them all if available).
6. Click Delete at the bottom of the list.
7. Click OK to confirm the deletion
