In many instances a problem with a website or web browser can be resolve by clearing the browsing data. Follow the steps below to clear your browsing data.
- Open the Chrome Browser.
- Click the Three Dots at the top right of the web browser window.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy and security on the left.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Select the Advanced Tab and change the time range to All Time.
- Select Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, Site Settings, Hosted app data.
- Click the Clear data button.
- Restart chrome, by typing chrome://restart in the address bar or search and press enter.
