ClassLink App Password Reset

There are some instances where the wrong app password is stored in the ClassLink Launchpad. Follow the steps below to reset the stored password for an app.

  1. Log in the Launchpad.
  2. Click the student avatar at the top right of the Launchpad.

  3. Click Settings

  4. Click App Passwords

  5. Click the edit icon next to the app you want to reset.

  6. Click the X to delete the stored credentials.

  7. Click Yes when prompted to "Delete This Locker?".

  8. Reopen the App and enter the correct information when prompted, or click skip if you don't wish store the username and password in the Launchpad App Password manager.
