You can fix this by following the steps below.

1. Click on Advanced Options
2. Troubleshoot
3. Advanced Options
4. Startup Settings
5. Restart.
6. Once the device reboots, you'll be prompted to choose from several boot options.
7. Select option 4 to boot into Safe Mode or option 5 to boot into Safe Mode With Networking.
8. Once the computer boots to safe mode, reboot.
