Mitel Connect Setup

The Mitel Connect app allows you to link your computer and your phone, so you can control your phone with your computer. You can make calls, listen to voicemails and use the directory from within the app. Here's how you set it up.

1. Double click the Mitel Connect icon on your desktop.
2. On the login screen click Show Advanced
3. Click Use Windows Credentials
4. In the server box type ops-voipsrv1
5. Click Remember me
6. Click Login

Now you can access the phone directory and control your phone from your computer.
