OPS uses an internet filtering system to help keep all district employees and students safe while browsing online.
In accordance with streaming providers’ terms of service, all movie and TV streaming platforms (such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and others) are blocked on our network. You may also notice that some additional commonly used sites are restricted. If a streaming service appears to be accessible, it is still not permitted for use on the district network. Using these services may violate the provider’s terms of service and could result in legal consequences for both you and the district.
If you need access to a site that is blocked and it is not a streaming service, please submit a SherpaDesk ticket so we can review whether the site is intentionally restricted.
