There are some instances where the wrong app password is stored in the ClassLink Launchpad. Follow the steps below to reset the stored password for an app.
- Log in the Launchpad.
- Click the student avatar at the top right of the Launchpad.

- Click Settings

- Click App Passwords

- Click the edit icon next to the app you want to reset.

- Click the X to delete the stored credentials.

- Click Yes when prompted to "Delete This Locker?".

- Reopen the App and enter the correct information when prompted, or click skip if you don't wish store the username and password in the Launchpad App Password manager.
